Kiinde Warranty

Kiinde is dedicated to creating high quality products for babies and toddlers around the world. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

If a product is determined to be defective in workmanship or material, Kiinde will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase. To claim your replacement, you will need either the Order Confirmation Number if purchased at the Kiinde.com store, a copy of the original purchase, gift, or registry receipt (also include a picture of the bottom of the unit). In the absence of a receipt, the warranty will be 12 months from the date of manufacture.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration. Our warranty terms for replacement shipping apply to the Continental US and Canada. Kiinde does not provide return shipping.
